WIKILEAKS: CIA's Most Secret Weapon Is Time Machine From Vatican
Author Alfred Lambremont Webre explains secret programs
Following the Wikileaks Vault7 release of documents revealing the CIA hacking tools used to spy on citizens via smartphones and smart TVs, the whistleblowing agency has forgotten to include the CIA's most important tool, access to travel through time and space provided by the Vatican.

Author Alfred Lambremont Webre, who has written many books on time travel told the told Daily Star: “This leaked WikiLeaks information does not include the secret programs that permit humans to travel backward and forwards in time.”
Webre claims that the CIA's time travel technology known as "quantum access", was provided to them by the Vatican back in the 1960's. He also says that the Quantum Access is a deep secret within the hidden government that Wikileaks have chosen not to reveal.
The Express reports: He claims the Vatican has a “time-seer” machine which can access “traces” left by past events and view scenes from history.
Apparently, it is made up of a screen with tuning-dials, and is called a “chronovisor”.
The author says it is not as sophisticated as to allow a user to “step into” history, but displays the events on screen as if they had been recorded.
Mr Webre alleged that the Vatican has allowed only trusted states to have the technology, including the CIA, which he said "the Vatican helped found,” and is “the Jesuit secret service.”
He said: “What the Vatican did is they subcontracted the technology and gave it to the US Pentagon and CIA starting in the late 1960s.
“The CIA immediately saw they could use it for political purposes.
“They set up a programme in the late 1960s to gain knowledge about the political future.”
He says it can also look into the future, and it is used to reveal future presidents, such as Donald Trump, in advance, so they can be "groomed for the job."
Mr Webre suspects it will also have been given to the British secret services.
“This comes up to the present.
“Why wouldn’t it have subcontracted it [the chronovisor technology] to the British Crown Secret Service so that the British Crown and MI6 would have it to help the Anglo-American Empire.
“MI5 and MI6 and the CIA are really creatures of the Vatican secret service going back centuries.”
Mr Webre is a Law Graduate from Yale University and a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He is the author of several books on time travel and the universe, and runs a blog called Exopolitics.
His latest book, Omniverse explains “the history of chronovisors”, and his blog “sets out stories of people’s experiences with chronovisors”.
There is, of course no evidence to back up any of the claims, and science says for time travel to be possible, we would need to travel faster than the speed of light, which is nowhere near happening.
Mr Webre’s controversial claims have seen him banned from sites such as Wikipedia and Facebook, yet he claims his latest publication was commissioned by Oxford University.
Even others in the UFO/conspiracy theory field are alarmed by some of his outrageous claims.
An article on the Bad UFOs blogspot said: "Lately Webre's claims have gotten so bizarre (the war between the Andromeda Council and the Reptilians, Americans being teleported to a secret base on Mars to meet with aliens) that even others in exopolitics became alarmed, and began distancing themselves from him."
The Vatican Press Office has been contacted for comment but has yet to respond.
