Ukranian Model: 'I'll Live Off Fresh Air And Light To Look Like Barbie
'I come from Venus and channel aliens'
To prove it's not all doom and gloom from the Ukraine right now, Neon Nettle is happy to report that a Ukranian model has vowed to live off only fresh air and light in order to preserve her Barbie-like figure. Model Valeria Lukyanova has also claimed to speak with extra-dimensional beings who have a message for humanity.
The world already knows Valeria Lukyanova as the girl who turned herself into a real-life Barbie doll, after her computer-perfect visage went viral last year. Now, she has made a video of herself sporting a beard, channelling a divine message from the Pleiades.
She also defends her 'Barbie' persona. Over a camera shot of her cleavage, she says in the IBtimes.com 'If a nun starts talking about spirituality, will anyone notice her. No. No one will. But if a beautiful, inspiring young woman starts talking about it, many people will start thinking'. So I use my appearance to promote my spiritual ideas. It works perfectly well. [...]

In the video, she claims to be a re-incarnating soul from Venus who has come to teach humanity to reject consumerism and adopt the way of love
She claims to channel 'Amatue', a being from the Pleiades, and to have had many important past lives.
Over the millennia, many yogis, gurus and, more recently, new agers have claimed to be able to live without food, by 'metabolising light'. As yet, no one has done this in a controlled experiment where they are under constant observation. Many who have claimed -- and been clebrated as -- living free of food have later been exposed as charlatans and frauds.
